Hi, I would like to tell you that you can take vitamin D supplement. You can take it once a week. Please do not take more than prescribed dose. And as we know many people are suffering from Vitamin d deficiency so you can can take as per prescribed dose. And please take a early morning walk daily in sun between 7am to 9am. Follow up after blood test. Thank you. Wish you a good health
