I have vitamin D 5ng/mol. So I have been prescribed D3 uprise 60000 for drinking once in a week along with calcium supplements shelcal 500 on alternate days. But I came to know that K2 supplements are necessary for the absorption at the right place. So , which K2 supplement should I take and dosage ?
