My vitamin d3 level is 21.1 ng/ml insufficiency, i am taking capsule weekly, how long does it takes to get sufficient level.

1. Sachet cholecalciferol 1 sachet/week with milk. 2. Tab. Alfadol 1 tab od 3.tab. calcium 500 mg od Take these for 3 months and get your test done after 3 months.
