Hello, try taking some antacid to help you with the abdominal symptoms. Start with the Vit D correction - D3 60,000 IU once a week for 8 weeks.

Vitamin D deficiency can cause body heaviness, muscle weakness, fatigue, anxiety, gas, and abdominal discomfort.Left-side heaviness and stomach fullness are commonly related to muscle tightness, gas, stress, or low vitamin D. If all reports are normal except vitamin D, it is usually not serious.
Next Steps
Take Vitamin D3 60,000 IU once weekly for 6–8 weeks (as advised by a doctor) Get daily morning sunlight Follow a balanced, calcium-rich diet Do light exercise and walking.
