My vitamin D is 17.93 nmol/L. Is it serious? I'm not married yet. I am 30 years old. What should I do? Please advise.

Vit D 3 levels are low in most people having a desk job. If you dont have any symptoms these levels are alright. You can start morning walk in sunlight everyday!
