I was reading about Vitamin D and thought of testing it It came low 11.20 with least value 50 I am thinking of starting Vitamin D 60k a week What tablets do I need beside from Vitamin D 60k to digest Vitamin D effectively Thank You doctor

after  taking for a month or two  stop and rechelk as over dose of vitamin d3 is also bad.
