I took uprise d3 60k for vitamin d deficiency but afther 5 minutes I vomited.No iam afraid if vitamin d3 would get stored in my  soft tissue of lungs and arteries as I vomited and some vitamin d3 might have come out from stomach to upper organs.

Vomitings and gastritis are common problems for vitamin d supplementation. Take pantoprazole - domperidone (pan-d ) tablets early morning or 2 hours before vitamin d supplementation tablets , then these side effect will be gone

No it doesn't not happen. So rest assured. It must have been an reflex. Continue with your prescription and you can take vitamin d shots also if tablet is getting problem
