Vitamin D deficiency

I recently got my blood test done and and my vitamin d level was severely low at 5.08 Please suggest which supplement should i go for. Female 30 yrs.

Spend time in sunlight, consume fatty fish and seafood, eat mushrooms, include egg yolks in your diet, eat fortified foods, take a supplement with a doctor's consultant.

Well D-rise is a great option to start once a week for 4 consecutive weeks, but you must try and have foods rich in Vit D & go for sun exposure 15min every morning 7 evening between 7-8am or 4-5pm without sunscreen preferably with exposed back as the skin is plain and absorption is maximum , if you can consume buttermilk-1 glass before sun exposure
