I have a Vitamin D deficiency. Report is attached ( 9.6 ng/ml). What could be the best way/Diet/tablets to increase it quickly? I am a vegetarian. Please suggest me.

Hi Main source of Vit D is sunlight and other than that Dr will prescribe you some supplements that you need to take. Besides that include orange juice, soy milk, butter,  yoghurt, soy products, cereals etc. Please do consult doctors for supplements before taking. Regards,  Godiets.
