Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 D Deficiency

In general check up rexently found that vitamin D is 21.04 ans Vitamin B12 is 273.. slightly worried.. coz I have anxiety.. kindly suggest diet food's to increase both and tablets.. kindly do the needfull

For vitamin d need medications. B12 is okay. If you are non vegetarian then take chicken if veg then need supplements.take dairy products. Click consult now to start proper medications
