b12 if u are non vegetarian then increase non veg consumption and if not then milk and veg green are to be taken u hv to check for aneamia and severe deficiency can lead to balance abnormality take vit b12 inj if symptoms of aneamia and balance are there, otherwise take tb.cobadex czs once day for 2-3 months , and with vit d u need to take
calcium supplement also
