Hello Sir, Your reports show severe vitamin D deficiency (9.9 ng/mL) and a low-normal vitamin B12 level (204 pg/mL). Both of these can cause fatigue, body aches, and long-term health effects if not corrected. For Vitamin D: Expose yourself to early morning sunlight for 15–20 minutes regularly. Include vitamin D–rich foods like fortified milk, cereals, egg yolk, and fish. Sometimes supplementation is required, which should be guided by a doctor depending on your levels. For Vitamin B12: Add foods like dairy products, eggs, fish, and lean meat (if non-vegetarian) or fortified cereals and plant-based options (if vegetarian). Again, supplementation may be needed if diet alone doesn’t improve the levels. Since your levels are quite low, I recommend consulting a doctor for a personalized supplementation plan, as dose and duration vary depending on deficiency severity. I hope it helps you. You have low vit d, just normal B12 and iron. Please share symptoms as well. You can take cholecalciferol tablet, 50,000 units once a week for 6 to 8 weeks. Take fortified cereals,  mushrooms, eggs, soya, almonds, raisins, curd, cheese, regularly. Repeat test after 6 to 8 weeks.
