Vitamin D & Vitamin B12 Deficiency

2026-06-11 05:00:52
I have got a full body check up using blood and urine samples. It shows severe deficiency of Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 along with a lot of parameters outside the reference range, listed in the attached image. What must I do to get it all in the normal range?

As per your reports :- • Severe Vitamin D deficiency may require therapeutic supplementation under medical supervision. • Vitamin B12 deficiency and elevated homocysteine are often related. Low B12, folate, or vitamin B6 levels can contribute to high homocysteine, so correcting these deficiencies is usually an important part of management. • Low HDL cholesterol can often improve with regular physical activity, weight management (if needed), good-quality fats such as nuts, seeds, fatty fish, and reducing intake of ultra-processed foods. • High bilirubin and serum globulin may indicate liver-related issues, inflammation, infection, or other medical conditions. • High phosphorus, low creatinine, and a high BUN/Creatinine ratio can occur for various reasons including dietary factors, hydration status, body composition, kidney function, supplementation, or certain medical conditions. My recommendation would be to: ✅ Consult your physician regarding the elevated bilirubin, globulin, phosphorus, and kidney-related markers. ✅ Start correcting Vitamin D and B12 deficiencies as advised by your healthcare provider. ✅ Follow a nutrient-dense diet rich in protein, vegetables, fruits, whole grains, healthy fats, and adequate hydration. ✅ Engage in regular physical activity and maintain good sleep habits.
