Vitamin B12 , vitamin D and transferrin

I am having vitamin B12, vitamin D and iron, transferrin deficiency. Please suggest a vegetarian diet/ supplements to overcome the issue.

Hello sir...you should consume dairy products like milk,cheese..egg yolk,soyamilk,fortfied cereal. Spend 15 min everyday in the sunlight without sunscreen.

Hi..... Its very common now a days .If u r a vegetarian the  chances  of vit. B12 level would b low.For Vitamin D sit outside in d ealy morning .For iron Yuo can take lots of things as beetroot nd date .For firther guidance You can contact to SlimEra. Thanks
