Hello doctor, I've been using cyanocobalamin based supplements for B12 deficiency but I was told to switch to methylcobalamin by a friend facing same issue, is it advisable to change prescription like that ? If yes what should be the frequency of medicine? As I take cyanocobalmin B12 everyday., Please guide
