Hi, Kindly suggest some good tablet for Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D. I have deficiency. Vitamin B12 -97. Vitamin D 11.1

Your Vitamin D and B12 are both in deficient zone. For Vitamin D- Lumia 60k or Tayo 60k tablet to be taken once a week for 12 weeks and post that once a month for lifetime. For Vitamin B12- Nurokind OD to be taken sublingually once a day for 3months.

Hi For vitamin D you need to take a supplement with vitamin D rich foods. It's very difficult to cover up the deficiency with foods itself but you can take vitamin D rich foods to maintain the levels for later. Some vitamin D rich foods are as follow 1. Fatty fish, like tuna, mackerel, and salmon. 2. Foods fortified with vitamin D, like some dairy products, orange juice, soy milk, and cereals. 3. Beef liver. 4. Cheese. 5.
