For how many months should I take multivitamin seprodyn and vitamin D 3 if i have 170 vitamin b12 and 27 vitamin D Or should I take neurobion alpha d and if yes duration?? Since yesterday i have started taking multivitamin and a course of vitamin D3 for four weeks So please tell me for how many months i have to take multivitamin and vitamin D3 or neurobion alpha d?? I am having constipation for two months, gas, bloating and heartburn and have severe weakness and due to constipation I got feissure because stool comes like thron (kanta) in the starting
