Vitamin b12 and homocysteine

Hello Doctor , First of all i want to say thanks for your services. My question is my vitamin b12 is 908 and Homocysteine is 37. Somebody told me this due deficiency of vitamin b12 but in my case it's b12 is on higher range . I'm confused

Your vitamin b12 is normal. But homocystein levels are high which is dangerous for your heart.

its normal..excess vitamin b12 will be excreted in urine
