Vitamin b 12 range =153 pg/ml

Is this in normal range ?If not wht needs to be taken as supplementary ? Please suggest .

Hello Values of less than 200 pg/mL are sign of a vitamin B12 deficiency. The best sources of vit B12: eggs, milk, cheese, milk products, meat, fish, shellfish and poultry.
