We did blood test of my mother and in her reports, vit D3 value is 15.6. Is it sufficient or less? She is diabetic, so can we give her beetroot and pomegranate as her hb value is 10.6 only!

Hello, The required range of VIT D3 in adults is 20 - 40 ng/ml. So, yes d3 level is low if it is 15.6ng/ml. Beet root and pomegranate can be eaten by diabetic patients in limited quantities.
Next Steps
Consult for further evaluation and treatment.
