Hi
I’m very sorry for your wife’s loss and for everything your family is going through. The symptoms you describe severe depression, behavioural changes, hallucinations, voices, and confusion need continued psychiatric supervision. It is encouraging that she has improved, but the occasional voices and confusion mean that her treatment still needs to be reviewed.
Please do not change the dose, stop, or add any of these medicines on your own. Medicines such as Olanzapine, Amisulpride, Clonazepam, Fluoxetine, and Trihexyphenidyl need to be managed carefully, and the appropriate treatment depends on her current symptoms, diagnosis, side effects, and medical history. If possible, try to consult another government psychiatrist, a medical college, district hospital, or a telepsychiatry service for an affordable follow-up and prescription renewal.
Along with medication, grief-focused psychological support and therapy can help her process the loss and emotional distress. If her hallucinations worsen, she becomes severely confused, expresses thoughts of self-harm, becomes unable to care for herself, or shows significant behavioural changes, seek urgent psychiatric or emergency care.
