What should be done for viral conjunctivitis in 4 year old eye.Doctor prescribed Refresh tear eye drop and continue cold medicine as the kid is having cold.

Hello Kindly start antibiotic eyedrop like moxifloxacin 4 times daily

Referesh tear is not  antibiotic. You should use a antibiotic drop like tobamycin every 4 hrlly. If not responding in 2 days consult ophthalmologists that may followed with complication like  viral kerattis and corneal opacity
