I feel lonely even when I am with my loved ones, I get violent thoughts and my mind asks me nt to trust anyone n that all r selfish n r fooling me.. I get upset n feel like quitting bcuz of those voices in my head.. Do u think I need treatment ?

Hello, These could be symptoms of personality disorder . Please consult a psychiatrist to make a diagnosis and plan psychological therapy
