Can i have package cranberry or pomegranate juice to increase my platelet ... kindly help.. m Dengu patient.. i have 1 year baby

Juices do not increase platelets. Once dengue is negative your platelets will improve. Your child is at no harm if you have dengue.

I think Cranberry juice will not increase your platelet count. But the way you have framed your question it seems someone has told you that fruit juices increase your platelet count. You didn't mention your platelet count.

Yes u can take all kind of juices ..increase your water intake and bed rest ..take multivitamin n antioxidant rich foods .. How much is your platelet count ? IV fluids may be required if it's  excessively low ..get admitted if platelet count reaches  40,000 or below..
