AMH of 0.15 is a poor ovarian reserve But other factors also needs to be assessed You can connect for detailed evaluation

When was your last menstrual period? Did you do a urine pregnancy test in this cycle? Is there a family history of premature ovarian failure? A full workup by an infertility specialist will be needed. Your husband also needs to be evaluated to come to a final conclusion & further plan
