History of coronary stenting, asthma & ear deafness. Last night, he got sudden attack of spinning sensation like a earthquake, and dizziness or vertigo type sensation become severe when he lie on bed or try to stand up from bed. He fall/ disbalanced when he tried to walk. Intense vomiting, sweating, low heart beat
