Iam 9 weeks pregnant and experiencing mild vertigo like symptoms since afternoon. While I lie down to sleep it is more spinning.. Can i hve a stemitil? Is it safe in pregnancy

Hi BP n sugar need to be checked. Dizziness needs to be investigated , cud be kny a symptom of normal pregnancy or sumthng else Consult ur doctor
