Hi Greeting A Tsh level of 37.6 is significantly elevated and is suggestive of inadequately controlled hypothyroidism. However your vertigo may not be directly related to the thyroid. Vertigo could be multifactorial and needs an in-depth clinical assessment.
Next Steps
kindly get a fT3, fT4 done. Get CBC with HB indices done with iron studies to start appropriate treatment for anemia. Kindly consult for clinical evaluation of vertigo to understand if it has a central cause or peripheral cause.
Health Tips
Pls seek prompt clinical assessment if symptoms worsen. avoid activities requiring concentration.

A TSH of 37.6 is markedly high, so your thyroid is working well below normal right now. An underactive thyroid like this very often brings on dizziness, poor balance and anaemia together, so your symptoms are likely connected rather than three separate issues. True spinning vertigo can also come from the inner ear, so that still deserves its own check.
Next Steps
Please see a physician or endocrinologist this week to start thyroid treatment, and get a repeat haemoglobin and iron profile done alongside it. Dizziness and tiredness usually ease over a few weeks once your thyroid level comes down.
Health Tips
Get up slowly from sitting or lying down, and avoid driving or climbing heights until the spinning settles.
