I ve been shar pain in below the right side rib cage.and breathing difficult..motion not coming properly...and vomiting...lightly swating ...plz tell me what is the reason...

The two common possibilities are a pain coming from gall bladder or sometimes intestinal infection can cause this. Please get an ultrasound abdomen done in a fasting state and consult nearest gastroenterologist
