Hi, i am 11 week pregnant and I am having vb12 182 pg/ml. Is it normal or is it considered as low. Should I take any vb12 shots or vitamin tablets. I feel heart palpitations regularly.

Palpitations can be due to pregnancy itself however check heart echo and hemoglobin, thyroid levels and vitamin D 3

B12 normal range,regarding palpitations you need to be evaluated to rule out Thyroid abnormality, Anaemia,Diabetes Hypertension and cardiac evaluation required
