Varicose veins in legs

I have varicose veins in legs I would like to know that accupressure mat is beneficial in this because I have tried accupunture once by pressing a point from the hand adviced by a therapist . If the matt has same benefit and if it works for whole body then please advice .

Use compression stockings Keep your limb elevated but supported and perform ankle pumping exs by moving your feet up and down repeatedly
