Valgus left knee

2017-10-03 10:39:24
I'm experiencing immense pain & disxomfort in my left knee while walking. I'm a regular runner and run 21kms twice a month and 5-10kms 3-4 times. Apparently doctor diagnosed a valgus left knee, I don't want to stop running. I want to cure this completely as I'm aiming for 42kms tata marathon.

If you do high level activities in valgus knees you will get more deformity in your knee joint as well as degeneration in joints. You have to take care of knee as per strength & flexibility 1st. If you get good stability & strength after physio proper then you can run easily. You can do every activity. You have to got purposeful & directional goal oriented way.
