Vaginal looseness due to menstrual cup

2025-10-31 10:01:11
I am unmarried. I have used menstrual cup - medium size for 1 year despite facing difficulty while inserting and uncomfortable. Initially my cup did not open, and I tried different things to lubricate etc. Now the cup easily goes in. However in recent times I have felt that the cup felt loose and sometimes it's seal would open by itself. Have I injured my vagina? Is it loose now? Are there any non-surgical ways to reverse this? Please guide.

No you cannot injure your vagina You  need to understand that vaginal musculature is very soft and destendable Eventually the difficulty that is encountered because of tighteness settles down No there are no non surgical ways to reverse this
