Hi I have vaginal itching and dryness from last two months..consulted several doctors but no relief..kindly suggest something effective

Get done complete urine examination and culture of vaginal discharge.After report I am confirmed you are having vaginal infection as well as urinary tract infection.Drink plenty of water and alkacitral.
