I(unmarried )have been diagnosed with PCOS and hormonal imbalance, and I’m currently taking Tretiva-20 and diane 35 as prescribed for my acne. However, for the past two months, I’ve been experiencing mild vaginal itching along with a fishy or acidic smell from the vaginal area. Could you please let me know what could be the possible causes of this? Also, kindly suggest if I need any tests or if there is any ointment or treatment you would recommend for relief.
