Vaginal itching, abnormal growth

I have been having extreme itchiness in my vaginal area. Even though I have been maintaining my hygiene, the itchiness is persisting. I also see some growth in my vaginal area. I don't know if they are natural growth or something else. (Pictures attached) Current situation- taking nerve relaxent, calcium and vit D supplement for chronic back pain, hypothyroidism, sexually active, less sex drive
