Facing redness in vaginal lips and yellow mucus coming and having pain during intercourse. I tried lubrication, foreplay everything but now I am avoiding sex as it leaves me scared and dissatisfied

Hello,          I think u have vulvovaginitis condition.do consult a gynecologist once.use treatment as per advised.temporary treatment may satisfy u at present but do have a checkup.
