Due to problems in my life with husband I ve become very negative in nature. Which was not case earlier.my husband never listens or values me.we both are qualified ca. It love marriage inter caste. Due to continuous depression over 4.5 years I m going very lost in myself.some time feels to just.. My hairs are falling severely n during my periods flow continuous only for 2 days which was not case before 8 months. I feel very lethargic n low energy What should I do
