UTI RELATED problem
I have got a KFT done and my Pus Cell count is 18-20 WBC/HPF. The leucocyte esterase is also positive. Please suggest what should I do. It gives me a low grade fever of around 99.3

Please do urine culture.do a basic ultrasound scan of kidney and urinary bladder.please enumerate your symptoms.do you have loin pain,burning urination,pain while passing urine,poor urinary flow?

urine culture,ultrasound kidney urinary bladder, paracetamol if fever greater than 100 degree Fahrenheit, appropriate antibiotics as per urine culture report.

It is symptomatic UTI. need to give urine for culture sensitivity. Then start appropriate antibiotic.
Visit a urologist to get worked up for cause of UTI. Like diabetes , urethral stenosis etc.
