• Repeated Uti ( klebsiella bacteria) • Bilateral PCOS morphology • Cystitis ( bladder infection/inflammation ) • 41 ml urine left in bladder ( incomplete emptying ) • Post void residual urine

Since it's repated uti you should send urine for culture sensitivity to determine correct drug for you .cystitis and incomplete evacuation resolves after treating uti. Pcod had multiple factors and line of treatment approach Get your sugar checked. Take probiotics Drink plenty of water to help dilute urine and flush out bacteria. Applying a heating pad to your lower abdomen can help with discomfort and bladder pressure.
