UTI infection

From one week I am getting Aloe vera gel type discharge while going washroom and consulted my family physician he suggested for urine test and report is normal and for second opinion he suggested kidney and pelvic scan and report is normal only but I want to know what is the problem if i am getting this type problem and report is normal. I feel pain in left side hip and doctor suggested me this medicine 1. Metrogyl 400 mg tablets (3 time a day) 2. Leukomap tablet day and night 3. Pan 40 before food 4. Meftal forte day and night Please help me what to do I am worried lot I am very scared please doctors🙏🙏
