My gyne said that i will not easily conceive due to my uterus shape.. i had done hsg still im not getting pregnant .. i have pcod and irregular periods.. had chemical pregnancy once... can a doctor please tell me what is wrong with my uterus shape.. i put a picture.

There is no free transperitoneal spill seen It is not the shape of the uterus that is the reason for your inability to conceive You need to proceed with hystero laparoscopy to understand patency of the fallopian tube
