Uterus position

I had follicular study done in august, uterus position was retroverted(7.1x4.3x4.2) shown, and now in November uterus position size changed to anteroverted(8.4x5.4x5.2)..what reason it is changed now, I am trying to conceive from 3years. Please advise

May be first ultrasound done transabdominal. In that case overdistended bladder sometimes gives the impression of retroverted uterus. But surely can be said just after seeing your records and history. So pls consult
