Dear it's better to remove it as it can prevent implantation. As size is small, it's removal will not take much time. Go to hospital in morning and in evening you can be at your home.

If you know that there is a polyp and you have had h/o difficulty to conceive, then you might not take any chance and get that tiny polyp removed before conceiving. If you are newly married, polyp was discovered accidentally, the you may just go ahead with planning a pregnancy if you so desire.
