I am 25 weeks pregnant, daily feeling weakness and insomnia, can i drink one ORS packet(21.80mg) daily?! drinking one packet from past 2 days feeling better no insomnia no weakness.pls don't reply need more details, consult me etc etc.

Reason for weakness needs to be investigated get ur haemoglobin and thyroid and sugar levels checked have a good protein rich diet walk everyday ORS  is pure sugar should be avoided lest  you will be gaining too much weight
