In the USG Report it's mentioned as "Ovaries: Right ovary : 3.6 cm x 1.2 cm ; Left ovary : 3.2 cm x 2.2 cm  Both ovaries bulky with multiple peripherally arranges small follicles and raised central echotexture. Right ovary is adherent to uterus. : Noascites. : Bilateral bulky polycystic ovaries. Suspected early endometriosis. Can you please help me with this. Report Screenshot is attached here for reference.
