Did USG for whole abdomen...as normal routine below is the findings LIVER: The liver is normal in size (13,2 cm cranio-caudal), shape, and shows a minimal diffuse Fatty change. There is no intrahepatie biliary radical dilatation. No evidence of any focal lesion. A focal fat deposit is seen at porta. SPLEEN: Spleen is enlarged and measures 12 cm along the long axis, No focal lesion is seen. Rest everything normal within the range Please suggest

Go for CBC ESR CRP and contact further. There are many causes of enlarge spleen, so we need to rule out those causes with some relevant history like tiredness any recent infections or any visitation of local area.
