Decreasing liver size in ultrasound

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Hi, had some pain in July went for an ultrasound my liver size was 174.5 it reduce from there to 174 then 151 now 123. But I still have abdominal pain and as per usg report I have grade 2 fatty liver do I have liver cirrhosis and my liver is shrinking now. Attached oldest and latest report

Dont overthink. It fatty liver problem. The change mentioned in size is probably subjective because u have done ultrasound at 2 different places
