Hello Dr. My wife is 36 week pregnant. Her USG doppler  have been done two days ago. Report indicates slightly high resistance flow in umbilical artery where S/D ratio 3.58. Her EDD 25/4/2022.should we go for c section at 38 week? What is best for baby's health?? Please suggest. Thank you.

U can connect with the ultrasound findings Other details in the form of amount of liquor Weeks of abdominal circumference needs to be looked into before decision for cesarean Till then make sure ur counting daily fetal movement
