Hello Sir, how long have you been having this problem? Usually in paraphimosis, the retracted foreskin cannot go back to the original position leading to pain and swelling of the penis head. And since you're able to take the foreskin back to normal position, it most probably isn't paraphimosis. Though a physical examination is required to make the diagnosis. Phimosis on the other hand is often confused with the tightening of foreskin, and that is completely normal. Keep on with the gentle retraction of the foreskin, a little lignocaine jelly would also help with the sensitivity in the area. Again, a physical examination is required to establish a diagnosis.
Next Steps
please consult a general surgeon for this. Even if it's phimosis, the treatment is quite simple nowadays.
Health Tips
Don't use coconut oil or any other oils lying at home because that increases the chances of infection. You can contact me for further consultation.
